Tuition & Fees

All tuition, technology, and administration fees for Legacy Academy K-12 are billed from September to May of each school year. This can be payed in full at the beginning of the school year, or payed in monthly installments.

Billing information for Legacy Academy K-12:
 – Application Fee (per family): $50/yr

– Technology & Administration Fees (per family): $450/yr or $50/mo

– Book Fees (per family): $250

 – Tuition fees (per student): $8,250
      *100% of our tuition fees are covered through Indiana education programs and donor support.

Indiana lawmakers recently passed legislation expanding school choice, making all Indiana K–12 students eligible for tuition funding through the state’s Choice Scholarship Program beginning in the 2026–2027 school year — regardless of household income.

Indiana Choice Scholarship Program (ICSP)

Indiana provides tuition vouchers to over 75,000 students, each year, through the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program (ICSP). These vouchers are used to cover the private school tuition costs of students K-12 at participating schools.
